Services for Ollie Mae Sasper, 49, of Ferriday, who died Thursday, May 10, 2007, at Riverland Medical Center, in Ferriday, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Bethel Church with Pastor Troy Thomas officiating.

Burial will follow at New Daughters Cemetery, in Wildsville, under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home, Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Sasper was born Dec. 14, 1957, in Frogmore, the daughter of Alex and Lettie Carter Washington. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her brothers, Johnny, Glen Jessie, Albert Lee and Larry Washington, all of Ferriday, and Freddie Washington of Natchez; sisters, Shirley Randall and husband, Vernon, Dianne Shannon and husband, Cedric, all of Vidalia, Daisy Johnson of Ferriday, Mary Lou Jones of Natchez, and Rosie Smith and husband, Willie, of Olive Branch, Miss.; a number of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
