Graveside services for Doris M. Grantham, 65, of Ferriday, who died Monday, May 28, 2007, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center, in Jackson, will be 10 a.m. today at Greenlawn Memorial Park with Bro. Richard Cullum officiating.

Burial will follow under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Mrs. Grantham was born June 16, 1941, in Natchez, the daughter of Vernon and Rosie Craft. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother and she was their number one fan. You could hear her voice all over the ball fields supporting and encouraging her family and team. Nothing gave her pleasure like being at the ball fields watching her sons and grandchildren playing sports. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her husband, Frank Grantham of Ferriday; sons, Mike Grantham and wife, Dana, both of Vidalia and Kenny Grantham and wife, Delisa, both of Jonesville; grandchildren, Lissa, Naomi, Jason and Quincy Grantham; her parents, Vernon and Rosie Craft both of Lake Concordia; brother, Mickey Craft and wife, Edna, both of Ferriday; aunts, Virginia and Pearl; uncle, S. C. Craft; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Scotty Goodman, Mark Brown, Todd Ainsworth, William Anderson, Jimmy Wilkinson and Hearne Hathaway.
