Services for Eddie Jones, 72, of Natchez, who died Saturday, May 26, 2007, at his residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at LaGrange Baptist Church with the Rev. Samuel Hines officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Jones was born Dec. 16, 1934, in Adams County, the son of Willie and Elnora Jones.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include a sister, Nellie Dottery of Natchez; an aunt, Bertha Jones of Natchez; uncles, Robert Jones of Natchez and David Jones of Tallulah; nieces, Dorothy Stevens and husband, Cedric, both of Hayward, Calif., and Ramona Dottery of Los Angeles, Calif.; nephews, Kenneth Jones of Natchez, Tyrone Jones and wife, Melissa, of Pensacola, Fla., and Joseph Dottery and wife, Patricia, of Natchez; a number of other relatives and friends.
