NATCHEZ — Services for Marilyn Maxine White, 51, of Natchez, who died Monday, July 9, 2007, at her residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Egypt Baptist Church, Kingston, with the Rev. John Scott Jr. officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral System.

Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. White was born Aug. 7, 1955, in Natchez, the daughter of Katie B. Phipps and Herman Stewart. She was a graduate of North Natchez High School. Mrs. White was previously employed with Fruit of the Loom.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Eloise Jones; and brothers, George Phipps and Claiborne Fleming.

Survivors include three sons; seven grandchildren; six brothers; five sisters; five aunts; an uncle and a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
