LORMAN — Dr. Pam Felder, coordinator of special education at Alcorn State University, recently received the “Best paper award” at the College Teaching and Learning Conference in Mazatlan, Mexico. Over 15 countries and more than 200 colleges and universities were represented at the research-based conference.
