MILLERSVILLE, Md. — Services for David Anthony Wisyanski, 77, of Crofton, Md., formerly of Natchez, who died Tuesday, July 24, 2007, in Annapolis, Md., will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of the Fields.

Burial will be 2 p.m., Monday, Aug. 20, 2007 at Arlington National Cemetery under the direction of Beall Funeral Home, Bowie, Md.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Wisyanski was born June 14, 1930, in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was the owner of Anthony Group, Inc. from 1994-2007. He was a faculty member with the University of Texas at Arlington College of Business from 1980-1983 and various defense companies from 1983-1994. Mr. Wisyanski served 28 and a half years active duty in the U.S. Army from 1952-1980. He was a colonel. His assignments included NSA at Arlington Hall Station and Fort Meade, Torii Station on Okwawa, Germany, The Pentagon, The Republic of Korea and NHA Trang Vietnam. Mr. Wisyanski won NSA’s Travis Trophy while commander of U.S. Army Field Station Okinawa 1977. His medals included Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Army Commendation Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and Vietnam Service Medal.

He was a member of Church of the Apostles in Gambrills, Md. and a member of St. Mary Basilica in Natchez. He enjoyed golf and software engineering.

Survivors include his wife, Nancy Jean Wisyanski of Gambrills, Md.; sons, Don Wisyanski of White Plains, Md. and Tony Wisyanski of Raeford, N.C.; daughter, Lori Barroga of Bowie, Md.; and six grandchildren.
