NATCHEZ — In the primary elections, the Justice Court judgeship went to Patricia Dunmore in the Northern District, and the Southern District may well go into a runoff.

Dunmore won 2,157 votes, or 52.51 percent of the vote. Her only opponent, Audrey Minor Bailey, won 1,949 votes, or 47.44 percent of the votes.

In the Southern District, Danny Barber and incumbent Charlie Vess might be involved in a runoff. Barber won 1,377, or 30.03 percent of the votes. Vess won 2,249 votes, or 49.04 percent, just shy of the numbers needed to win outright.
