MCCOMB – Services for Charles E. “Bubba” Case, 85, of Natchez, who died Monday, Sept. 3, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 2 p.m. today at Catchings Funeral Home, in McComb, with the Revs. Jimmy Houston and Gaylon Dawson officiating.
Burial will follow at Hollywood Cemetery, in McComb, under the direction of Catchings Funeral Home. Laird Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time today at the funeral home.
Mr. Case was born Aug. 25, 1922, in Bude, the son of Frank Gardner and Ophelia Toney Case. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Lois Craig of Natchez; stepdaughter, Vivian Hawthorne of Jigger, La.; sister, Martha Evans of McComb; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Preston Jones, Jamie Roberts, Chuck Evans, Phil Evans, Scott Evans, Phillip Evans, Gordan Evans and Clint Evans.
