NATCHEZ — Services for Lester Lee, 49, of Natchez, who died Monday, Sept. 3, 2007, at University Medical Center, in Jackson, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church with Bishop Stanley B. Searcy Sr. officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Lee was born July 29, 1958, in Natchez, the son of Robert and Annie Lee. He was a 1976 graduate of North Natchez High School. He was a Baptist and a member of New Hope Baptist Church. He enjoyed reading the Bible and ministering at different churches in the area.

He was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Houston and Ella Mae Boone; two nephews, Otis and Johnnie Lee; and five brothers.

Survivors include a brother, Johnnie Lee and wife, Dorothy, both of Chicago; sisters, Helen Lee Owens and husband,Clyde, and Vernestine Lee, all of Natchez; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
