FAYETTE – Services for Eva Mae Gaines, 94, of Fayette, who died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2007, at Jefferson County Hospital, in Fayette, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Fountain Chapel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dainn Banks officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Spencer Funeral Home in Fayette.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Sunday at the church.
