FERRIDAY – Services for Stephanie Nell Guillory Forman, 53, of Rosepine, La., formerly of Vidalia, who died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2007, at her residence, will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Comer Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bo Swilley officiating.

Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Forman was born Oct. 18, 1954, in Natchez, the daughter of Clinton H. and Edith Nell Guillory. She was a homemaker. She had been a resident of Vernon Parish for the past five years.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clinton and Mary Guillory and Howard and Edith Welch; a brother, Tony W. Guillory; and sister, Lori Guillory.

Survivors include her daughter, Kellye M. Braley of Gonzales, La.; husband, Darrell Forman of Taylorsville; parents, Clinton “Sonny” Guillory and Nell Guillory, both of Vidalia; brothers, Pete Guillory of Vidalia and Danny “Tee” Guillory of Ferriday; sister, Kristi Guillory Hopkins of Vidalia; grandchildren, Sonny Paige Braley, Allye Madelyn Braley and Emma Grace Braley.

Pallbearers will be Lonnie Nugent, Mike McCarty, Joey Guillory, Tony Guillory, Steven Guillory, Mike Basye, Terry Robinson and A.J. Firmin.

Honorary pallbearer will be Travis Couch.
