NATCHEZ – Services for Janice Trimble, 86, of Chicago, who died Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007, in Chicago, will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Edwin Temple officiating.

Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.

Miss Trimble was born and raised in Natchez, the daughter of Warren and Celia Brevard Trimble. She moved to Chicago where she attend the University of Chicago and received her master’s degree.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and Warren Burns and Lena Paquet.

Survivors include her cousins, Will Burns and wife, Audrey, Allison Brevard, Adrian Trimble of Natchez, and Steve and Mary Werner, both of Chicago.
