WOODVILLE – Services for Anniece Carter, 71, of Woodville, who died Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, at Natchez Regional Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. today at Church of Christ, on Ford Creek Road, with the Rev. Silas Netterville officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home, in Gloster.

Mrs. Carter was born June 19, 1936, in Mississippi, the daughter of Jake and Odessa Wyatt.

Mrs. Carter was an active member of her church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; a sister; and a grandson.

Survivors include her husband, Daniel Carter of Woodville; a son, Daniel Carter Jr. of Woodville; grandsons, Fredrick and Travoirs Carter, both of Woodville; sisters, Dora Bateaste of Woodville and Viola Mars of Centreville; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
