NATCHEZ — Services for Ruby Lee Davis, 65, of Natchez, who died Thursday, Dec. 13, 2007, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. Stanley Searcy officiating.

Burial will follow at Wilderness Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of George F. West Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Davis was born Feb. 19, 1942, in Adams County, the daughter of Ismeal and Emma Conner Davis. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, James Davis; and niece, Earline Davis.

Survivors include her children, Kenneth Davis and wife, Veronica, both of Grand Prairie, Texas and Patricia Smoot and husband, Anthony; grandchildren, Darius Davis, Jeremy Fort, Anthony Smoot II, Rayshun Davis, Kentrell Davis and Ayanna Smoot; a brother, Rogers Davis; nieces, Brenda Davis, Sandra Monroe and husband, James, and Aretha Shine; and nephews, Roger Dewayne Davis, Terry Shell and Kail Davis.

Pallbearers will be James Monroe, Raymond Wiley, Terry Tucker, Leroy Alexander, Larry Chatman and John Bates.
