NATCHEZ – Services for Audrey Lynn Byrne, 69, who died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary Basilica with the Rev. David O’Connor officiating.

Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.

Mrs. Byrne was born Dec. 28, 1938, in Natchez, the daughter of Thomas Jackson and Laura Andrews Sullivan. She was a member of St. Mary Basilica, Pilgrimage Garden Club and Krewe of Kilarney.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Frank Byrne; and daughter, Ann Blair Byrne.

Survivors include her daughters, Laura Lynn Lund and husband, Dale, and Tara Byrne Brooks, all of Natchez; son, F. Patrick Byrne Jr. and wife, Amy, both of St. Louis, Mo.; grandchildren, Lynn Byrne Janette and husband, Luke, Crystal Ann Young, Blair Sullivan Brooks, Paul Chase Brooks, all of Natchez, and Beatrice McLin Byrne of St. Louis.; sister, Virginia Ann Hughes and husband, Bobby, both of Natchez; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Byrne, Bill Byrne, Dale Lund, Walter Ketchings, Greg Ketchings, and Andrew Ketchings.

Memorials may be made to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital or Cathedral School.
