BUDE – Services for Claude Alton “Bimbo” Griffin Jr., 56, of Meadville, who died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Bude Church of God with the Rev. Grady Fulton officiating.

Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery, in Meadville, under the direction of Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville.

Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until service time today at the church.

Mr. Griffin was born May 31, 1951, in Hamburg, the son of Claude Griffin Sr. and Marie Mount Griffin. He was retired.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother.

Survivors include his mother, Marie Griffin of Hamburg; sisters, Diane Smith of Roxie, Dink Smith of Bude, Toni Murray of Monterey and Jan Smith of Meadville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
