NATCHEZ — Services for Stephen Arnie Dixon, 38, of Maple Hill, N.C., who died Monday, Feb. 4, 2008, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Zion Hill Baptist Church No. 1 with the Revs. Joe Pickett and Leroy White officiating.
Burial will follow in the Natchez National Cemetery under the direction of R.D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until service time today at the church.
Mr. Dixon was born Jan. 25, 1970, in Natchez, the son of Andrew Dixon Sr. and Betty J. Reynolds Dixon.
He graduated from Natchez-Adams public school system and served in the U.S. Navy.
Mr. Dixon was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother, Betty J. Reynolds Dixon of Natchez; fiance, Latoya Duncan of Jacksonville, N.C.; brothers, Andrew Dixon Jr. of Chicago, Gregory Dixon of Houston and Derrick Dixon of Navarre, Fla.; sisters, Andre Dixon of Houston and Rita Dixon Washington of Natchez; best friend, Lou Andrews of Maple Hill, N.C.; and a number of other relatives and friends.
