As a full-time Realtor, licensed in both Mississippi and Louisiana, Cates is experienced in real estate sales, financing and investing.

He is a candidate for the (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a graduate of the Mississippi Realtor Institute.

As a valued member of the “Green Team,” Cates was a multi-million dollar producer in 2007.
