Imogene Anderson

FAYETTE — Services for Imogene Runnels Anderson, 61, of Fayette, who died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2008, at her home, will be at noon Tuesday at Hickory Block United Methodist Church, in Union Church.
Burial will follow at Bell Hill-Hickory Block Cemetery in Jefferson County.
Visitation will be from noon until 5 p.m. today at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel, in Bude, and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until services begin at Hickory Block United Methodist Church.
Miss Anderson was born Jan. 4, 1947, in Fayette, the daughter of George W. and Louvellar B. Runnels.
She was preceded in death by her mother; one sister, Irene Short; two brothers, Carl and Larry Runnels; and one granddaughter, Rayya Anderson.
Survivors include two daughters, Nicole Anderson, of Marrero, La., and La Leasha Anderson, of Gretna, La.; three sons, Gregory Anderson, of Natchez, Andrew and Kirby Anderson, of Marrero, La.; father, George Runnels, of Fayette; two sisters, Deloris Runnels Griffin, Dorothy Chambliss and husband, Cory; one brother, James Runnels; five aunts, Thelma Rankins and husband, John Henry, Ester Jones and husband, Abb, Ora Lee Johnson, Lillie McClinton and husband, Jimmy, and Odessa Horton; four uncles, Sylvester Wallace and wife, Catherine, Milton Wallace and wife, Martha, James Wallace and wife, Wilhemina, Edward Wallace and wife, Verna; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
