MEADVILLE – Services for Cloteel Bland Washington, 73, of Meadville, who died Saturday, March 22, 2008, at Belhaven Nursing Home, in Jackson, will be 1 p.m. Sunday at New Fork United Methodist Church in Meadville.
Burial will follow at Old Sixteen Cemetery, in Roxie, under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.
Visitation will be from noon until 5 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 11 a.m. until service time Sunday at the church.
Mrs. Washington was born Oct. 11, 1934, in Franklin County, the daughter of Isclore Bland and Leora Causey.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Daniel Washington; and one son, Daniel Washington Jr.
Survivors include one daughter, Ora Bell Washington; two sons, Louis Washington and wife, Christina and Michael Washington and wife, Linda; one sister, Orcola Rogers and husband, Sonny; one brother, Ray Bland and wife, Gwen; six grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
