WOODVILLE – Services for Ida B. Sproles, 77, of Jackson, La., who died Tuesday, April 22, 2008, at Lane Regional Medical Center in Zachary, La., will be at 10 a.m. today at Newman Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville, with the Rev. Lloyd Forman officiating.
Burial will follow at Wesberry Cemetery, in Woodville, under the direction of Newman Funeral Home in Centreville.
Mrs. Sproles was born April 4, 1931, in Woodville. She was Nurse’s Aide.
She was preceded in death by her parents, David Daniel and Nellie Elizabeth Wesberry Vines; her husband, Green Sproles; four sisters and five brothers.
Survivors include her son, Gary Sproles and wife, Charlotte, both of Longview, Texas; one sister, Carmel DeVille of Jackson, La.; five brothers, Joe Vines, Monette Vines, Gordon Vines and Leroy Vines, all of Woodville and George Vines of Natchez.
Pallbearers will be her nephews.
