WESSON – Graveside services for infant Matthew Eli Sanders, of Brookhaven, who died Monday, May 19, 2008, at King’s Daughters Hospital, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Little Bahalia Baptist Church Cemetery in Wesson.
Burial will follow under the direction of Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven.
Matthew was born May 19, 2008, the son of Mark E. and Misty Franks Sanders.
Matthew was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, John Clanton.
Survivors include his parents; one sister, Mallory Sanders; one brother, Nash Sanders; paternal grandparents, Mike and Chris Sanders, both of Vidalia; Ronnie and Jean Castilaw, of Natchez and Wesson; paternal great-grandparents, Alfred “A.E.” and Flora Smith, both of Wesson; maternal grandparents, James and Kay Franks, both of Natchez; maternal great-grandmother, Margaret Clanton; and a number of uncles, aunts and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Michael Sanders and James Franks Jr.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Little Bahalia Cemetery Fund c/o Edoudia Smith, 2845 Turkey Trail NE, Wesson, MS 39191.
