Lambert receives Millcreek perfect attendance bonus

COLLINS — Millcreek Home and Community-Based Services is proud to announce that Frances Lambert, LPN, of Woodville was awarded the $2,500 annual bonus for perfect attendance during the year of 2007.
Millcreek’s Perfect Attendance Program is an incentive-based rewards program. It is offered to part-time and full-time employees who provide reliable, uninterrupted services and supports to certified individuals and their families, flexibly utilizing all hours authorized by the Department of Mental Health and scheduled by the family based on their needs. Smaller quarterly and annual bonuses are awarded each year and from those who receive annual bonuses, a recipient of the $2,500 bonus is drawn.
Millcreek HCBS provides an array of services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Mississippi in their homes and communities via the Mississippi Home and Community-Based Waiver Program for Individuals with Mental Retardation and other Developmental Disabilities.
Lambert has been employed with Millcreek HCBS (Region II) for approximately eight years, during which time she has provided respite (nursing and companion) and attendant care services to Genevieve Killelea, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Donald Killelea, of Natchez. She resides in Woodville with her husband, David. They have three children and nine grandchildren.
Millcreek has been the chosen waiver service provider for the Killilea family for approximately eight years and Lambert has been with them for the duration
