NATCHEZ – Services for Pearl S. Henderson, 97, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Billy Johnson officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today and from 1 p.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Henderson was born July 6, 1911, in Franklin County, the daughter of Luther Daniel and Elizabeth Strait Seale. She was a member of Pine Ridge Presbyterian Church and was retired from Armstrong Tire and Rubber Company after 32 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Percy H. Henderson.
Survivors include one sister, Gladys Johnson of Jackson; a number of nieces and nephews; and caregivers, Julia Henry, Denise Thomas, Virginia Hale, Irene Jones and Estella Knight.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
