NATCHEZ — The Internal Revenue Service released a list of people in the Miss-Lou it owes money Thursday.

The list includes people whose tax returns and economic stimulus payments were returned to the IRS marked as undeliverable.

The average unclaimed stimulus check is for $583, while the average unclaimed tax refund is $988.

The stimulus payments are legally required to be disbursed by Dec. 31.

Taxpayers can update their delivery information for either of the payments at www.irs.gov.
