Hutchins recieves beautification award

Stephanie Hutchins of Keep Mississippi Beautiful was honored Friday at this year’s annual Keep America Beautiful Conference, receiving the Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson Award. The award is given annually to a woman who demonstrates outstanding leadership in promoting Keep America Beautiful’s mission.
The Mrs. Lyndon B. Johnson Award was created in honor of the former First Lady to recognize her contribution to litter prevention and beautification efforts all across the country. This year’s recipient was honored for her dedication to Keep Mississippi Beautiful and her highly active role in community improvement programs across the state.
