Changes to local cable disturbing

I am very disturbed with the changes that are being made for cable reception for Louisiana Cable One customers.
In February, when they convert to digital TV, three Louisiana stations will no longer be available for Miss-Lou reception. I feel we Louisiana customers are being discriminated against.
I personally do not watch the Mississippi stations, because I want Louisiana news in general and Louisiana sports, especially LSU and Louisiana high school sports.
Why are they deleting these stations? Alexandria is closer in miles than Jackson. Is it the cost of keeping or receiving the Louisiana stations because Cable One is based in Mississippi?
With the deletion of three major stations, will our rates decrease accordingly?
I appeal to the city and county/parish governments of our viewing area to intercede for better service which appeals to the users. I have called CableOne many times to say our Louisiana channels are fuzzy or have no signal. It takes days for one to clear up and then two more have problems.
We deserve stations that cover the interests of the majority of the viewers of the Miss-Lou. I ask everyone to speak up about this and maybe something will be done.
