NATCHEZ — Services for Dr. Jon C. Campbell Jr., 70, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2009, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Warren Whitaker officiating.
Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the funeral home.
Dr. Campbell was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Yvonne Campbell; and one son, Patrick Campbell.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie K. Campbell; two sons, Jonathon C. Campbell III and wife, Niwana, both of Daphne, Ala., and Seaborn Campbell of New Orleans; two daughters, Emily Scott and husband, Michael, both of Natchez, and Katy Lee and husband, Nick, both of Mount Olive; one stepdaughter, Sophie Frazier and husband, Jake, both of Clatskanie, Ore.; six grandchildren, Tiffany Campbell, Peyton Campbell, Kaitlin Melton, Cole Melton, Ethan Scott and Joshua Scott.
Pallbearers will be Gary Ventrella, Kevin Kuff, Peyton Campbell, Bennett Jeansonne, Bill Gore and Tommy Greene.
