Alcorn State linebacker Lee Robinson signs free agent deal with Broncos

DENVER — Alcorn State linebacker Lee Robinson was one of 13 undrafted free agents signed by the Denver Broncos on Monday, according to Lindsey H. Jones of The Denver Post.
The 6-foot-2-inch, 249-pound Robinson, from Amite County High, was named First-Team All-Southwestern Conference in 2008 with 111 tackles, 10.5 for loss, 3.5 sacks, three interceptions and three forced fumbles for the Braves.
The Broncos did not pick up a linebacker with any of their 10 2009 NFL Draft picks.
Also signed Monday were RB Kestahn Moore (Florida), WR David Grimes (Notre Dame), WR Travis Shelton (Temple), WR Lucas Taylor (Tennessee), WR Nate Swift (Nebraska), TE Marquez Branson (Central Arkansas), OT Stanley Bryant (East Carolina), OT Marcus Gordon (Kentucky State), DE Rulon Davis (California), DE Everette Pedesscleaux (Northern Iowa), CB Tony Carter (Florida State) and P Britton Colquitt (Tennessee).
Terms of the contracts were not disclosed.
