Two arrests made for threats

FERRIDAY — Two Vidalia residents were arrested after allegedly threatening a juvenile with a gun.
Tamara Renae Curry, 20, and LaTerrius Curry, 17, both of 505 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Vidalia, were arrested Thursday for the incident, which happened in the Levens Addition area, Concordia Parish Sheriff Randy Maxwell said.
“They went down there and jumped a juvenile, and stuck a gun in her face,” Maxwell said.
Tamara Curry was charged with simple battery, and LeTerrius Curry was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm.
Tamara Curry was detained Friday on a $1,200 bond, while no bond was set for LeTerrius Curry.
