BROOKHAVEN — Services for Alice Geraldine Buitt McFall, 68, of Ridgecrest, who died Thursday, May 7, 2009, at her residence, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Riverwood Family Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at Stewart Cemetery in Bogue Chitto under the direction of Riverwood Family Funeral Home in Brookhaven.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. McFall was born Aug. 9, 1940, the daughter of Jim Buitt and Ruth Richardson Buitt Jackson. She was a homemaker and a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin McFall; her parents; and three brothers, David Buitt, Leon Buitt and Pearlie Buitt.
Survivors include one son, Jack McFall; two daughters, Letha Taylor and husband, Randy, of Vidalia and Lena Guthrie; special daughter, Lisa Gentry; four brothers, Robert Buitt, Sylvester Buitt, Charles Buitt and Marvin Buitt; four sisters, Martha Sanford, Nita Lusk, Emma Jean Smith and Ann Caves; five grandchildren, Gary Guthrie Jr. and wife, Christina, Jessica Davis and husband, John, Destiny McFall, Haley Kepper, Amanda Cummings; special granddaughter, Amy Gentry; and five great-grandchildren, Zachary, Zoey, Zayden, Kaiser and Jonah.
