Vidalia — Winds from a brief thunderstorm apparently toppled two trailers — one of which was attached to a truck — Wednesday afternoon on U.S. 84 in Vidalia. No one was in the truck at the time, and no injuries were reported. “There was some small wind damage around town, but I guess the (wind) conditions had to be just perfect to push the trailers over,” Police Chief Ronnie G. “Tapper” Hendricks said.
