NATCHEZ — Services for David E. Williams, 49, of Harvey, La., formerly of Natchez, who died Wednesday, June 3, 2009, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.
Mr. Williams was born April 4, 1960, in Natchez, the son of Mary E. Williams. He was Pentecostal.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; three sons, David E. Williams Jr., Eldra Dewane Williams and Derrick Kendra Williams, all of New Orleans; one stepson, Carlos Williams of Atlanta; one daughter, CeCilia Luvette Williams of Natchez; one granddaughter, Kenara Ashati Williams of New Orleans; one brother, Kelvin D. Williams of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Pamela Quinn of Petal and Renetta Williams of Jackson, Ga.; two nieces; four nephews; three aunts; and a number of cousins.
