Natchez — The Isle of Capri Casino in Natchez was recently awarded the Smile Cup for outstanding courteous guest service achievements. The Smile Cup is a trophy that is part of the Isle of Capri Casino’s “See Say Smile” guest service program and is awarded on a monthly basis to the highest scoring Isle property.

See Say Smile is a guest-oriented courtesy program that focuses on three distinct behaviors with each guest interaction — see, make eye contact with each guest encountered; say, offer a warm friendly greeting and smile as you wish the customer well.

The Isle has 15 properties that rolled this program out in May 2008. Each property is shopped and graded by a mystery shopper eight times a month. The highest score achievable is 100 percent.
