ENTERPRISE, La. — Graveside services for Clinton Wayne McManus, 43, of Ferriday, who died Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009, in Shreveport, La., will be at 3 p.m. today at Old Catahoula Cemetery in Enterprise, La., with the Rev. Kevin Collier officiating.
Burial will follow under the direction of Comer Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. McManus was born Dec. 6, 1945, in Baytown, Texas, the son of Dan McManus and Cheryl D. McManus. He was a resident of Ferriday for 13 years. He was a Baptist. He was employed as a mechanic.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
Survivors include his wife, Judy S. McManus; two sons, Jonathon Smith and wife, Tammy, of LeCompte, La., and Clinton W. McManus Jr. of Texas; his father of Ferriday; two brothers, Shane McManus of Corpus Christi, Texas and Preston McManus of Montgomery, Texas; one aunt, Karen Dillon of Roanoke, Va.; and three grandchildren, Jonathon Smith Jr., Andrew Smith and Ashley Smith.
Pallbearers will be Jimmie Davis, Troy Sanders, Robbie Ford, Danny Ray Knapp, Nathan Johnese and Tony Smith.
Honorary pallbearer will be Tony Knapp.
