NATCHEZ — One Natchez man has been arrested and a warrant has been issued for a second in relation to a Monday night robbery in the Walmart parking lot.

Natchez Police Sgt. Craig Godbold said while Lakendrick Kelly, 22, has been arrested for his alleged participation in the robbery, authorities are still looking for Javari Bradley, 21.

Godbold said Bradley is believed to have reached into the victim’s car and grabbed her purse as she sat waiting in the parking lot. He was bitten by the victim in the process.

“He’s going to be the one with the teeth marks,” Godbold said.

Kelly has been charged with one count strong-arm robbery and is being held without bond.

A warrant for strong-arm robbery has been issued for Bradley’s arrest.

Bradley’s last known address is 202 Country Club Drive.

“If anyone knows where he is, call (the NPD) or CrimeStoppers,” Godbold said. “It’s an easy way to make some money.”

Miss-Lou CrimeStoppers can be reached at 601-442-5000.

Godbold said some of the victim’s credit cards and money have been recovered.
