NATCHEZ — Services for Betty Sue Lewis, 71, of Natchez, who died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, in Natchez, will be at 11 a.m. today at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie O’Quinn officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time day at the funeral home.
Mrs. Lewis was born May 28, 1938, in Corrigan, Texas, the daughter of Roy and Laverne Cawthon Redd.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Armon Ray Lewis Sr.
Survivors include two daughters, Vicky Kass and husband, Larry, of Lewisburg, Tenn., and Sheila Netterville and husband, Billy Wayne, of Natchez; two sons, Ray Lewis Jr. of Charleston, W. Va., and Wayne Lewis and wife, Pam, of Vicksburg; seven grandchildren, Michael Lewis, Bo Kass, Casey Kass, Billy Ray Netterville and wife, Amy, Brandon Lewis, Cory Netterville and Cody Lewis; three great-grandchildren, Connor, Chase and Caitlyn Kass; one brother, Jimmy Redd of Houston, Texas; one sister, Wilma Goins of Groverton, Texas; and a special sister-in-law, Evelyn Renfroe of Brandon.
Pallbearers will be Michael Lewis, Bo Kass, Billy Ray Netterville, Brandon Lewis, Cory Netterville and Cody Lewis.
