NATCHEZ — Services for Linda Bradley, 63, of Roxie, who died Thursday, Nov. 12, 2009, at University Medical Center in Jackson, will be at 2 p.m. today at Immanuel Baptist Church with the Rev. Howard Turner of Denham Springs, La., officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time today at the church.
Mrs. Bradley was born Nov. 11, 1946, in Monroe, La., the daughter of Jimmy Lee Mims and Aleice Prather Mims. She lived a long and fulfilling life by loving on her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a committed and loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother. But, most of all, she was a friend to many. She spent her days loving and caring for her family.
Mrs. Bradley was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her son, Gene Hinson; her mother; and one brother, R.L. Walters.
Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Leo “T-Bone” Bradley; five daughters, Angie Sturdivant and Tommie Leah Summers, both of Natchez, Dawn Hatfield and Rhonda Conley, both of Hendersonville, Tenn., and Jennifer Dorris of Lafayette, Tenn.; three sons, Eddie Hinson of Gallatin, Tenn., David Hinson of Monterey and Jason Van Norman of Natchez; 26 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers, Howard Walters and Kenneth Walters, both of Roxie; and one sister, Twilla Walters of Atlanta.
Pallbearers will be Mark Sturdivant, Adam Sturdivant, Brandon Kelley, A.J. Holliday, Matthew Holliday and David Conley.
