NATCHEZ — The latest information from the National Weather Service says that trends in forecast models show less potential for snow in the Miss-Lou than originally predicted.
However, Concordia Parish and Adams County still have potential for light — up to 1 inch — snow accumulation, NWS forecasts said.
The peak time for any snow will be between 7 p.m. and 2 a.m. tonight, forecasts said.
A winter weather advisory is in effect.
The Cathedral School soccer game at Wesson High School has not been postponed due to the potential weather, according to school officials.
The boys and girls varsity soccer teams will play their games against Wesson as scheduled. The varsity girls are set to play at 5:30 p.m., and the varsity boys at 7 p.m.
