Storm was born Oct. 9, 1993, in Ferriday, the son of Paul and Missy Cangemi. He attended Vidalia High School where he was the class president; named most likely to succeed; was a student in the gifted program; and a member of the student council. He was also a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church.

Storm had a love for his family, friends and animals. He truly loved spending family time with his dad, his mom, brother, Cole and sister, Katie. Storm always made sure to be at his brother’s or sister’s ball games. He enjoyed hanging out with his friends in the morning before school. Because of this love for animals, Storm had a collection of a number of exotic birds. They ranged from pigeons, jungle fowl, peacocks, swans, mandarin ducks, teal ducks, pheasants and emus. His collection of birds were guarded by his pot belly pig, Bella. He loved to hunt and enjoyed the great outdoors. His leisure activities included spending time at his hunting camp with his grandfather raising their animals doing what they referred to as “feed up.”

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Michael Leon Cangemi; maternal great-grandfather, Ellis Taylor; one aunt, Dianne Taylor; and paternal great-grandmother, Helen Brown.

Survivors include his parents; one brother, Cole; one sister, Katie; maternal grandparents, William and Connie Seyfarth; paternal grandmother, Vivian Cangemi; maternal great-grandmothers, Virgie Taylor and Mertis Gilmore; aunts and uncles, Mike Cangemi and Susan, Mary Helen Deleon, Walter Cangemi, Susan and Ronnie McMillin, Heath Seyfarth, Tammy Taylor, Shane Seyfarth, Janee Arnold, Dana and Chris McGivaren, David Taylor, Randy and Letha Taylor, Jesse Mckey, Florence Townsend, and Gloria and Rayford Buckles; 24 cousins, Zack, Cade, Caley, Kyla and Michael Cangemi, Aleynah Deleon, Arden, Eden, Avery, Ronnie, Michael and Gabrielle McMillin, Abby Taylor, Macy and Landon Seyfarth, Kristyn and Jordon Arnold, Peyton and Rachel McGivaren, Stephanie, Brent, Lil Randy, Amie and Chase Henslee.
