BUDE — Services for Leona Pauline Jackson, 65, of Natchez, who died Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, at her residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at Marshall Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial will follow at Roxie City Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Jackson was born Jan. 21, 1944, in Natchez, the daughter of Louis Paul Dunn and Orie Lee Taylor. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents, J.A. and Verdie Anderson.

Survivors include her husband, Alton Micheal Jackson; one son, Alton Micheal Jackson II and wife, Amanda; one sister, Pat Cowan; two grandchildren, Justin and Faith Jackson; two nieces, Annette Blakewell and Donna Walters and husband, Rikki; two nephews, John Cowan and wife, Lynn and Austin Cowan and wife, Summer; and a number of other relatives and friends.
