FERRIDAY — Services for Wilbert L. Carter, of Monroe, La., formerly of Ferriday, who died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 2010, were Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, at Deliverance Temple Full Gospel Church.

Burial followed in Frogmore, La., under the direction of Smith Funeral Home in Monroe.

Mr. Carter was retired from General Motors.
