Trinity Mayfair back, better than ever

It’s time for the biggest fundraiser for Trinity Episcopal Day School! This year’s theme is “Peace, Love and Mayfair.”
Come join us for a fun-filled day of food, fun and fellowship. The festivities begin at 9 a.m. and continue until 1 p.m. Afterward, there will be an adult night party beginning at 7 p.m. at the Natchez Community Center.
At Mayfair, we have something for everyone. New attractions this year will be gladiator joust, bungee run, castle obstacle course, and skee ball. The old favorites will still be at Mayfair. They include face painting, car smashing, dunking booth and more.
The infamous plant sale will be back bigger and better than ever. In addition, Mrs. Cheryl Givens is coordinating a tennis tournament for students in grades 6 and up.
All Miss-Lou students are invited to participate. There will be a $10 registration fee.
One of our most interesting events will be the helicopter golf ball drop. Golf balls can be purchased for $20 each. A helicopter will then hover over a target and release golf balls. If your ball falls nearest the target, you win a cash prize of $1,500! To purchase your golf ball, please call 601-442-5424 ext. 23 or e-mail Betsy Mosby at betsy.mosby@trinitysaints.org.
Another great event is the closest to the pin chip shot and the chip in a net where your golf skills will be tested. Prizes such as $100 cash or a laptop computer can be won.
If that isn’t enough, join us at the adult night party which starts at 7 p.m. at the Natchez Community Center. Highlights of the party will be great food by Doug Hosford, John Parks, Bub Mullins, Liza Plauche and J.T. Smith.
Furthermore, get ready for the silent auction bidding, which always generates excitement and fun. The class baskets will also be raffled off during the night. These raffles include, beach trips, home improvement gift cards, American Girl gifts and much more.
Each year they are great and only keep getting better! Good news, you do not have to be present to win.
We look forward to seeing you on Saturday at Trinity Episcopal Day School and at the Natchez Community Center. Come out and have a great time of fun and fellowship with our Trinity family.
As always, we appreciate the support of all who have worked to make this event the best yet!
