NATCHEZ — An anonymous tip from an Adams County resident has put a crystal meth cook behind bars.

After the Adams County Sheriff’s Office received two tips, Metro Narcotics agents were dispatched to 6 Knotts Road to investigate a possible methamphetamine lab, Sheriff Chuck Mayfield said.

After getting consent to search the house from the perpetrator’s mother, agents arrested William Douglas McGraw, 34, at midnight Thursday on charges of possession of crystal methamphetamine precursors with intent to manufacture and distribute.
