Williams receives academic awards at RLMS

Natchez — E’Keria Williams, 12, was the recipient of several academic awards for the 2009-2010 school year at Robert Lewis Middle School.
She was a seventh-grade student.
She was a superintendent scholar, a recipient of the All-American Scholarship Award, Academic Excellence Outstanding Achievement Award and the overall seventh-grade academic award.
She was the vice president of the Beta Club and attended the 2010 National Junior Leaders Conference.
She had the highest average in science, pre-algebra, social studies and world history and received an excellence award for maintaining an A average in language arts. She scored 16 on the ACT test.
She is the daughter of Ernest Jr. and Tammy Williams.
