RIDGECREST — Services for Bonnie S. Kennedy, 78, of Ferriday, who died Sunday, July 18, 2010, in Natchez, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Ridgecrest Baptist Church with the Rev. Preston Holder and the Rev. Mack Walker officiating.
Burial will follow at Forest Cemetery in Forest, La., under the direction of Laird Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the church.
Mrs. Kennedy was born July 18, 1931, in Eudora, Ark., the daughter of Claude O. and Pearl Windham Tullos.
She was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church where she served her Lord through music.
Survivors include her husband, Monroe T. Kennedy of Ferriday; one daughter, Donna King and husband, Ronnie of Starkville; one son, Scotty M. Kennedy and wife, DeeDee of Alexandria; six grandchildren, Tiffany Hall, Robby King, Beth King, Dani Drew and Destiny Kennedy; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Gladys Sanders of Oakgrove, La.; and one brother, Billy Tullos of Baytown, Texas.
The family request memorials be made to Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
