NATCHEZ — Services for Ronnie “Tip” Young, 53, of Natchez, who died Monday, Aug. 23, 2010, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at noon Saturday at Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church with the Rev. James Brooks officiating.

Burial will follow at the Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Mr. Young was born Jan. 25, 1957, the son of Ruby Young Marsaw. He was employed by Ingalls Shipyard.

Mr. Young became a member of Zion Hill No. 1 Baptist Church under the leadership of the Rev. Joe Pickett. He enjoyed fishing, riding horses and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Pallbearers will be Ben Davis, Louis Davis, Ricky Byrd, Michael Thomas, James Young and Timitope Gunfowoke.
