NATCHEZ — Services for Louella Davis, 82, of Natchez, who died Wednesday, Sept. 15, 2010, in Moss Point, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Greater St. James Baptist Church.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 1 p.m. until service time Sunday, both at the church.

Mrs. Davis was born Feb. 11, 1928, in Adams County, the daughter of Fred and Mary Louella Jackson. She was member of the Mother’s Board and the Usher Board.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Titus J. Davis; one daughter, Alene Davis; four sisters; and two brothers.

Survivors include six loving and devoted children, Titus Davis and wife, Mary, and Kenneth Davis, all of Natchez, Mary Wells and husband, Calvin, of Moss Point, Charles Davis of Atlanta, Ronnie Davis and wife, Jacquline, of Houston and William Bobby Davis and wife, Sharon, of Dallas; one sister, Henretta Jackson of Chicago; two brothers, Joseph Jackson of Natchez and Fred Jackson of Chicago; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; four sisters-in-law, Martha Campbell, Irene Bacon, Lucille Martin and Willie Mae Davis; one brother-in-law, Earnest Davis and wife, Laruth; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
