FERRIDAY — Services for Fannie G. Watkins, 81 of Ferriday, who died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2010, at Riverland Medical Center, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Doty Road Church of God in Ferriday with the Rev. Pastor Simeon Green officiating.

Burial will follow in Beulah Christian Church Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home Inc.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Watkins was born on Dec. 25, 1928, in Monterey, La., the daughter of Elisha and Lizzie Green.

Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, K.G. Watkins; two sons, L.C. Green and his wife, Lizona of San Bernardino, Ca., and Kirfried G. Watkins and his wife, Patsy, of Natchez; one daughter, D’Juna S. Watkins of Tylertown; one brother-in-law, Henry C. Watkins of Houston; one sister-in-law, Drusilla Johnson of California; and other relatives.
