WATERPROOF — Services for Albert Lloyd Sr., 67, of Waterproof, who died Monday, Nov. 8, 2010, at Promise Hospital in Vidalia, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Cypress Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Gerald Williams officiating.

Burial will follow at Myrtle Grove Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Lloyd was born July 22, 1943, in Waterproof, the son of James and Josephine Walker Lloyd.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include one son, Albert Lloyd Jr. and his mother, Lula Ann Proctor, both of Marrero, La.; one brother, Mose Lloyd and wife, Dionne; two sisters, Maggie Lloyd, all of Gretna, La., and Leola Lloyd of Chicago; three sisters-in-law, Willie Proctor and Connie Turner, both of Marrero and Ella Lloyd of Waterproof; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
